Dave Navarro’s BOSS Pedals

Dave Navarro has played BOSS pedals all his career. More accurately, he’s relied on BOSS, which represent the majority of his pedals, sometimes nearing the the 100% mark, where it not for the Dunlop Crybaby he also always has on his boards.
BOSS certainly took notice, as he is featured prominently on their site. Even more, they’ve actually packaged a set of pedals you can purchase based off his pedalboard. You’ll find, including a free case, is the CH-1 Super Chorus, DS-2 Distortion and TU-3 Tuner.

Unfortunately, this set of three pedals isn’t an all-in-one solution to getting Dave Navarro’s sound. First of all, the DS-2 had been featured much more often on his pedalboard than the DS-1. What’s even more shocking is the omission of the DD-3 Digital Delay. In almost any era of his pedalboard, you’ll find two of these pedals. Also, if you looking for his octave effect, you’ll need an OC-2 (OC-3 is the currently manufactured effect). We recommend these pedals instead, or in addition, of the ones packaged.
